JUST ANOTHER CASE OF MANNY BEING MANNY...
Was it a case of "Roid Rage" when he threw the Boston Red Sox's 63 year old Traveling Secretary Jack McCormick to the ground last year in Texas? Was it "Roid Rage" again when Manny got into a dugout fight with Kevin Youkilis? I'm pretty sure the world now knows the answer to that question.
Manny Ramirez left the Red Sox organization last year claiming that they did not show him respect, $25 million - yeah, no respect. He then proceeded to hold the Dodger's hostage claiming that he would retire if he didn't receive what was owed to him. Manny, you have to give respect to get respect, and now you've shown the world your ass (and that you are an ass as well - if everyone didn't already know).
If Manny didn't know what he was putting in his body, he's as stupid as Alex Rodriguez. All he had to do was talk to the one of the Dodgers team doctors (Dr. Neal ElAttrache or Dr. Kenneth Landis) and he would have been told not to take the drug. It would appear that Manny didn't want to talk to either of them because he knew what he was doing was wrong and was trying to hide that fact that he was using steroids.
HCG is popular among steroid users because it can mitigate the side effects of ending a cycle of the drugs. The body may stop producing testosterone
when users go off steroids, which can cause sperm counts to decrease and testicles to shrink.
What Manny did was wrong, so don't portray him as a victim. The Dodgers are victims. The people who buy Manny Ramirez jerseys are victims. Major League Baseball is a victim. Right now Manny Ramirez is just a failure.
Manny is going to pay with a suspension, which began Thursday, and with millions of dollars (approximately $8 million). He may also pay again once his big league career ends because his spot in the Hall of Fame is now in question.
BTW - concerning your nickname, MAN-RAM...Really??? Straight men cringe when they hear that name - and it's not in fear of facing you at the plate, Sally.
